Purpose of the Website
The website caprice.company presents Caprice, a matchmaking platform connecting clients with independent content creators.
Service Description
Caprice operates as a neutral intermediation platform. Clients browse creator profiles and initiate contact directly. Each creator independently sets their own rates and submits a personalized quote based on the project. Once the quote is accepted, payment is processed securely through the platform.
Caprice does not provide content, does not deliver creative work, and does not intervene in exchanges between clients and creators. All interactions and agreements occur directly between the parties.
Pricing
There are no fixed prices per project. Each creator independently determines their rates and submits a personalized quote for each project. The client pays the amount stated in the accepted quote, plus a service fee charged by the platform and displayed at checkout.
Access to creator profiles requires a monthly platform subscription starting at $5/month. Profile publication is free for creators and subject to validation by Caprice.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payments are processed securely through the platform. Once a quote is accepted and payment is made, the funds are held by the platform until the project conditions are met.
Refund eligibility window: Clients may submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
How to request a refund: Send an email to contact@caprice.company with your order reference, the payment date, and a description of the issue.
Grounds for refund (examples):
- The creator did not deliver the agreed content within the specified timeframe.
- The delivered content does not match the accepted quote in a material way.
- A technical error resulted in a duplicate or incorrect charge.
Grounds for refusal (examples):
- The content was delivered and accepted by the client.
- The refund request was submitted more than 7 calendar days after payment.
- The client changed their mind after the creator began work.
All refund requests are reviewed individually. Caprice reserves the right to request supporting documentation before issuing a refund.
Liability
Caprice acts as a payment intermediary and trusted third party. It cannot be held liable for the content, quality, or delivery of services agreed upon between clients and creators. The platform does not guarantee the outcome of any creative project.
